Dealer Management Module

The system allows Management to assign customer to client Servicing Department or CS personnel. Target, Incentive, Credit Points to CS can be managed through the application. The customer can raise enquiry through the system, which is automatically received by the CS personnel assigned to the respective customer. Customer support, Customer Servicing, Customer Incentives, Customer Bonus, Payments can be managed from the Dealer Management Module.
