The Business Leadership Award was conferred by Indian Society for Industry & Intellectual Development. The award was presented to Mr. Sudheer Nair, CEO, Infotech, by Dr. Kiran Walia, Delhi Health Minister, Dr. Bhai Mahaveer - Ex Governor of Madhya Pradesh and Shri Joginder Singh - Former Director, CBI in a special ceremony held in the Cabinet Hall, New Delhi on March 25, 2009. The function was attended by many prominent personalities from different walks of life.

Recognizing eresource ERP for its outstanding performance and extensive contribution in Product Innovation, Quality Management and Customer Support to the Small and Medium Enterprise Segment, eresource Infotech Pvt. Ltd. has been conferred with "Excellence Award" and also the "Udyog Rattan Award" to Mr. Sudheer Soman Nair, CEO of eresource Infotech Pvt. Ltd. by the Institute of Economic Studies, Delhi.
The award presentation ceremony was held at India Habitat Center on November 17, 2008. The occasion was graced by the presence of Shri Bhism Narain Singh, Governor of Sikkim and other dignitaries, officials and prominent personalities from different walks of life.
The "Excellence Award" was received by Mr. Vivek Jingade, Director Marketing, eresource Infotech Pvt. Ltd. Eresource ERP is the only ERP product to receive this award for its Product Innovation.

The Institute of Economic Studies confers the Udyog Rattan Award and Award for Excellence every year.
