Vacancy for Sales Manager

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Manager to help us build up our business activities.
Sales Manager responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer
satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our
services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English, Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Hands-on experience in sales of ERP software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner with and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Degree in Business Administration
  • Accounts Consultants
    • Preferably with three years of accounting experience
  • Sales Professionals
    • (Male / Female candidates with sales experience).
    • The candidate should be a technology-savvy sales professional with knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning solutions.
  • Software Developers
    • Minimum three years experience in ASP.NET MVC.  Candidates must be able to develop useful business logic for information systems and software applications. They will also be responsible for maintaining communication between the database and the front end of the software application in a very organized manner.
  • ERP implementation consultant
    • Candidate will be primarily responsible for implementing and providing support for Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) for companies with significant online presence. They will also analyze the systems and work directly with clients and management to define system requirements, design and propose solutions, configure the software, and train employees.
