02 How does BOQ-based estimation and tendering work?
BOQs are imported from Excel or built from rate libraries with material, labour and plant build-ups per item. Tender submissions are tracked with EMD and bank-guarantee registers, and the awarded BOQ becomes the project budget automatically — the single source of truth for measurement, billing and cost control.
03 How are RA bills with retention handled?
Joint measurements certified on site roll into Running Account bills with the full measurement abstract, retention deduction, mobilization advance recovery and back-charges applied. The GST e-invoice with IRN (India) or FTA Fatoora e-invoice (UAE) is generated with the RA bill in one step.
04 Can it manage subcontractor billing on both sides?
Yes. You bill the client through RA bills while certifying subcontractor bills against the same site measurements — work orders issued item-wise from the BOQ, retention and TDS 194C deducted, back-charges recovered. Both sides run from one set of records, so the true project margin is visible live.
05 How does steel and cement reconciliation work?
Materials are issued against pours and stages, and consumption is reconciled against BOQ norms stage by stage. When variance crosses tolerance — say steel beyond 2% — AzaaleaGPT flags it while it can still be investigated at site, not discovered at project close.
