02 How does chainage-wise BOQ and measurement work?
Work is measured where it happens: piling per pile, viaduct per span, tunnel per ring, track per track-km, OHE per mast. Joint measurements are recorded on site against the package BOQ with photo evidence, and roll up into the client's prescribed measurement formats — so IPC quantities are certified from records, not reconstructed from spreadsheets.
03 Can it compute price escalation (WPI/CPI) automatically?
Yes. The escalation engine applies WPI/CPI indices component-wise — steel, cement, labour, fuel — exactly per the contract's price-variation clause, and computes the escalation amount into each IPC. When new indices are published, AzaaleaGPT flags the claimable amount so no escalation is left unbilled.
04 How are IPCs and RA bills handled?
Certified quantities generate the Interim Payment Certificate with measurement abstract, mobilization advance recovery, retention deduction and the escalation annexure — in DMRC/RVNL-style prescribed formats. The GST e-invoice with IRN (India) or FTA Fatoora e-invoice (UAE) is generated with the IPC in one step.
05 Does it track launchers, TBMs and batching plants?
Yes — by the cycles that drive the programme: spans per month per launching girder, rings per day per TBM, output per batching plant. Utilisation hours, idle time, breakdowns, fuel and maintenance are logged from mobile; hired plant is verified against hire invoices with TDS 194I deducted (India); AzaaleaGPT flags idle plant while costs run.
